GdR Week 2025

The GdR FIBMAT Week 2025, organized by ITheMM, will take place from November 4 to 7, 2025, and will be split into two parts:

• November 4–5: Doctoral training sessions aimed at PhD students, post-docs, etc. The doctoral lectrues are organized with the support of the Interreg Antiresi project and will focus on"Multi-scale and multiphysical behaviors of fibrous materials and their variability".
  

  Students will receive a certificate for their doctoral school in order to validate the training as part of their PhD.

• November 6–7: Scientific days of the GdR Week, featuring conferences related to the four thematic axes mentioned above.

Laboratory visits will also be organized as part of the event.

Location:  Ecole d'ingénieurs en Sciences Industrielles et Numérique, Campus Sup Ardenne, 9A Rue Claude Chrétien, 08000 Charleville Mézières, France.

Poster Session for PhD Students:

PhD students attending the GdR are invited to bring a poster, which will be presented during the GdR poster sessions on November 6 and 7.

All posters will be accepted, but for logistical reasons, we ask that you register your poster via the link on the left titled “Poster title declaration OR abstract submission.”Please make sure to select the correct type (poster, not abstract). Only the title, authors, and thematic area are required. It is not necessary to fill in the abstract field. However, the system requires you to upload a file in the "abstract" section. For this, please upload the template file provided, without modifying it.

Registration:

Registration is free but mandatory.

For logistical reasons, the registration deadline is set for October 27, 2025.
